A Principal and unit President of Ramboll Environ US Corp., part of Denmark-based design firm Ramboll, Frank Marrazza has more than 30 years of varied experience in environmental due diligence, compliance auditing, risk assessment and management, chemical fate and transport modeling and water resources engineering. Over the last 10 years, his practice has focused on environmental due diligence assignments as part of mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in global assignments to identify and quantify material risks and liabilities, and address those risks and liabilities within the deal structure. Throughout his career, Frank has conducted projects for nearly every major industry, including chemical, steel, mining, energy and paper. His clients include major private equity and financial institutions, as well as international law firms. He earned an MS in civil engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
